Terms and Shipping Policy

Payment Terms: Prices on our orchid supplies price list do not include shipping. Payment Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Check, Money Orders or Cashiers Check Only, NO CASH please. Florida Residents will be charged 6 1/2 % Sales Tax. Any balance past 30 days will be charged at a rate of 1 1/2 % per month. (18 % per year) There is a $30.00 charge for all returned checks. Make Check, Money Order or Cashiers Check PAYABLE TO: Jim's Orchid Supplies MAIL TO: 4157 Lebanon Road, Fort Pierce, Florida 34982.If you wish to pay by check fax or e-mail us your order and we will figure shipping cost.

Shipping and handling: Shipping cost for supply orders will be charged to your credit card at time of shipping. You will receive an Invoice with your order, showing the shipping charges. To estimate the shipping cost. E-mail, fax us your order and shipping address and we will calculate shipping charge for you. Weights may vary and are only used to estimate shipping charges. Growing supplies will be shipped F.O.B. from our location or drop shipped, U.P.S. Small orders may be shipped U.S. Mail. In stock items will be shipped within two business days of receipt of payment. If for some reason your order or any part of your order cannot be shipped within 7 business days you will receive a refund for items not shipped. Schaefer products are shipped direct from the factory. Prices include shipping (Cont. US. only)

For orders outside cont. USA. Please pay by check. There will be a $ 5.00 handling charge per box. Credit card orders may be rejected and or held at our discretion until we verify funds (may be held for up to 30 days) note: overseas shipping is very expensive.

Acceptance: All orders accepted according to our ability to supply. Conditions: All prices are as of shipping date or as posted on our web site at time of order.

Returns: We stand behind all of our products. All products are shipped in good condition. No returns without prior authorization. All returns subject to 20% restocking fee and return shipping. Damaged packages: You must notify the carrier within 5 working days of any damage or if you do not receive your entire order. With the exception of orders containing both Orchid supplies and Schaefer Fan Products, these orders may be shipped from different locations. We are not responsible for damaged packages or lost packages. We will help in any way possible.

Schaefer Fan Company - Warranty and Return Policy:

Schaefer Fan Co. Inc. warrants to the original purchaser any parts that prove to be defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period (1 year on parts, 25 years on polly fan housings, 15 years on fiberglass fan housings ) Defective parts must be returned freight prepaid, Before a replacement part will be shipped. Before returning any defective parts please contact us. Many times we can troubleshoot problems over the phone or by e-mail. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: (1) Improper installations. (2) Malfunctions resulting from misuse, negligence, alteration, accident or lack of performance of required maintenance. (3) Loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the product, or other consequential damages. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description of the face hereof.

Any information given by Jim's Orchid Supplies and or its employs is only his/hers/ there recommendation. Jim's Orchid Supplies and or it's employees will not be held responsible for results of any information given regarding Jim's orchid Supplies products and or growing orchids, plants ect. We can only tell you what our customers tell us works for them and or what works for us. There are many variables regarding the growing and care of orchids/plants. We will try to assist our customers in any way possible. You are the expert when it comes to growing and caring for your orchids, plants ect
